Coil Technology, Inc. warrants that all products sold shall
be free from defects in materials or workmanship and, if properly
used, will perform in full accordance with applicable specifications.
If, within a period of one year of original shipment, we are
notified that our product does not meet this standard, it will
be repaired or, at our option, replaced as follows:
• If the equipment is registered with us (by return of the
warranty card),
no charge for parts, labor or surface transportation during
the first three months after original shipment (see note
below).
• No charge for parts or labor for a period of twelve months
after original shipment for a product returned to our service
facility (see note below).
•
After the first year, service and replacement parts will be available at the
then-prevailing schedule of charges.
The foregoing constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty
of Coil Technology, Inc. and the sole and exclusive remedy
of the purchase. |
| Coil Technology, Inc. assumes no liablity for the results
of use of their products, including, without limitation, their
use in combination with other components, assemblies or machines.
Without specific authorization by Coil Technology, Inc. modifications
or adjustments to the equipment which are not expressly covered
in the instruction manual invalidate this warranty. Coil Technology
neither makes nor implies any warranty of merchantability of
fitness to a particular purpose to the sale of this product
and shall, in no event, be liable for loss of use or profit
or for any other collateral, special or consequential damages. |
