CS-6100 Ultrasonic Loop Control
The CS-6100 control was built in response to some of our customers who required a lower-priced loop control. The CS-6100 has nearly all the features of the CS-5000 system. It’s designed for sub-panel mount, although it can be purchased (P/N CS-6101) with the circuit card housed in an industrial enclosure. It’s microprocessor controlled and extremely easy to program. It can be set-up with on-board DIP switches, or with the CSWin32 Control Software. The CSWin32 Control Software facilitates communication with the CS5000 and is available for download by clicking here. Features that offer real benefits to the stamper or plastic extruder include:

> multiple ‘set-up’ storage and easy retrieval (see manual and 3CPO set-up)
> offset - a non-zero control signal ‘jump’ at bottom of control range
> control range from 1 to 120 inches
> control output slope inversion for control of either pay-off or end-line (rewind) processes
> capable of accepting analog input for summing or scaling with original signal (see CB-5000AM)
> 0-10 VDC analog and 4-20 mA isolated outputs
> simple multiplexing with multiple units, eliminating crosstalk
> Long Loop, Tight Loop and a programmable control relay contacts
