| Coiltek’s CR-2700 is
a dual spindle winder in a revolving turret configuration.
The center-pivoted turret revolves 180 degrees. The dual
spindles allow quick changeover: while the active spindle
operates, the idle spindle may be re-loaded with an empty
spool (rewind) or full spool (pay-out). Each spindle has
a piloted flat flange termination. This way, the machine
can be fitted with an appropriate hub for coil, reel or
roll. The unit shown is outfitted with air chucks to handle
paper, plastic or foil rolls. |
